see all reviewsI love Veowna’s and Sarah’s class, they have such a great energy, they explain everything in detail, and make sure across the whole class that egeryone is doing the exercises correctly and they encourage you to challenge yourself, but there’s no shame if you need to stop for a bit. Also, I love Romans, as it’s low impact, easy to follow, whole body workout, and it never gets boring!

He is very knowledgeable and approachable, explains everything in such details that trainers rarely do, he makes sure that everyone is following a good form and challenging themselves. I leave every time his class energised and happy, with the feeling that I’ve exercised my whole body and I also learnt new tricks and tips. I always learn a new exercise, which I haven’t seen at other studios. I also enjoy that each month there’s an exercise (e.g. front squat) which is included in every class, so that one can practice it often and truly get familiar with that one. Thank you Bradley and thank you Train Yard for the excellent work!
