    Such a great class, Bradley never disappoints. I’m glad thaf pull-up is part of the clasa often, as it’s something that I genuinely hate, so I wouldn’t practice it on my own. I love that we use so many types of equipment: barbell, dumbbell, resistance band, body weight, kettlebell… and there’s always 1-2 exercises which I never saw before, such a fun class!

    Such a great class, Molly is the best, really. There’s never two classes which are the same, such a fantastic sequence of low impact strenghtening exercises for the whole body. And she gives detailed instructions, which are easy to follow, she is clearly very knowledgeable. Molly’s Pilates classes are essential part of my life in London!
