see all reviewsI really love the LevelOut base classes, both Lift and Lift-Burn combination, and Ben’s one of my favourite trainers in London - but tbf all LO trainers are so so good! He’s very energetic and motivating, and explains and demonstrates the exercises, and makes sure throughout the class that everyone is doing them properly. Most of the time it’s just a couples of people there, so it’s a small class where he can see everyone (which sometimes I wish wouldn’t be the case when I’m about to die lol). The exercises are fun and easy to follow and aimed to target the whole body. There’s just a perfect amount of time to rest between the exercises, but the majority of the class are tough, challenging workout - but if you feel like taking a bit of break, you’re allowed to do so, there are no shaming glances. I also like the people who attend the classes, friendly atmosphere, not intimidating like some famous gym chains. And Ellie and everyone else always welcome you with a smile at their face, it’s so nice to go there every time.
