    One of the best classes I’ve taken at the Milton studio to date. The instructor was fun, lively, but also made the class challenging in the best way. I’m excited to come back and practice my flamingo, dolphin, cat, cow and whatever other animals exist in Pilates!

    Awesome class. I enjoyed the structure. It was 30 minutes of weights with 3 rounds of 5 different exercises for a total body workout. We then went into a slightly heated room for 20 minutes stretching using a foam roller with some abs thrown in. Then we did a few minutes of anti-aging recovery on a rebounder and vibrating plate. Great way to decompress while getting a good workout in! The class only had 3 of us in it and Monica was great at encouraging us while helping with form and showing me around the gym.
