    the class was a ton of fun and very beginner friendly! I was surprised by how great of a workout it was (used muscles I forgot I had 😂) and Megan provided so many great modifications (and challenges) to adjust the workout to your liking! I think I just found a workout I actually enjoy and can be consistent with!

    Absolutely love Denisa and this studio! The vibes and music are great every time. However, some of the new hybrid moves make it harder to focus on form and really working my muscles. I prefer simpler more controlled movements but fantastic nonetheless!

    Good workout! loved her energy. The only thing is I wish they wouldn't leave all the trampolines out when over half weren't used. we could use the space instead of kicking the trampoline behind us.
