    Matt is absolutely amazing! He’s so accommodating and clearly explains everything so even if you’re new (like me!) it’s not too difficult to follow along. He will also bop about the room and help you with your form and with the reformer. That being said, I do have a fair amount of experience in classes, so I didn’t feel too out of my element.     I would definitely recommend getting there early for your first class - they are super helpful explaining everything and getting you set up with spin shoes and adjusting the bike to your height and arm length. This is a full body workout! Not just cycling but also crunches and weights for a little arm workout in the middle. At first it was a little overwhelming because it was louder than I expected and I didn’t know they would turn off the lights for parts of the workout - but the class grew on me as it went and I ended up loving it! Also, they provide ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise.
