This was my first Pilates class and I was intimidated because I heard that it was all core and I am weak in that area (more reason to do it, I know, lol). She provided modifications to make it easier as well as more challenging. This class used foam rollers, exercise balls, light weights, and a ring. The class had people of various sizes and aptitudes. Mimosas and cheese were provided after class, nice touch. The owners (I assumed they owned the place) were also very sweet and welcoming. I will be back for more Pilates and Yoga here. 😊🙏🏾.

see all reviewsTeacher was good overall - we focused too heavy on the Pilates ring for my preference- some of the moves I could have done at home on my own at home. When I come to a class I would prefer the majority of it to be on a reformer.
