see all reviewsNicole orchestrated another great class! However, a talented yogini who “did her own thing” like a handstand with eagle legs while the class was in extended side angle pose. Plus, she was in the front row on the right side of the instructor. Personally, I found it very distracting. I understand the desire of advanced yoga practitioners to undertake more advanced postures, but when they are doing completely different poses, it becomes a distraction, instead of an inspiration…especially when they are front and center next to the teacher. Best to do that further afield of where the instructor is.

This was my first Pilates class and I was intimidated because I heard that it was all core and I am weak in that area (more reason to do it, I know, lol). She provided modifications to make it easier as well as more challenging. This class used foam rollers, exercise balls, light weights, and a ring. The class had people of various sizes and aptitudes. Mimosas and cheese were provided after class, nice touch. The owners (I assumed they owned the place) were also very sweet and welcoming. I will be back for more Pilates and Yoga here. 😊🙏🏾.
