The way she explained everything clicked in my brain and made so much sense. It was such a fun and challenging class, and I never got bored. Easily one of the best Pilates classes I’ve taken in a while.

I had never taken a true classical Pilates class before, and she took the time to clearly explain the differences while guiding me through the session. She was incredibly attentive and focused on proper form, and her background as a physical therapist really shows. Being new to this style of Pilates, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout the class. They also offer different levels of classes as you progress, which makes it a great place to build and improve over time. Highly recommend!
