She begins with a simple motion that leads to a harder workout so its easy to follow along and i felt great afterwards! The clothes in the lobby are also adorable! Will definitely be back

see all reviewsThis was only my second Pilates class ever, and I was definitely intimidated! However, our instructor was kind, attentive, and very helpful with form correction. She ensured everyone was okay with touching to help correct form at the start of class which I really appreciated. She modified positions for everyone’s body throughout the class as well. Overall a great experience!
