    Instructor was great and class was solid. Other people were weirdly protective of their weights while they were on the treadmill which was unusual. Would go back but just something to be aware of, weights sharing is not a thing here :)

    This was my first group Fitness experience of any kind. I’ve never done weight training other than following YouTube videos at home. Every single thing I did in that class was new to me, but it was all so easy to understand and Kellen’s coaching was so thorough and I felt like he was asking all the right questions trying to really understand what I want to get out of the workout. I really like that it’s not just a workout it’s basically a personal training session. I will for sure be coming back here and telling my friends about this place!
