Mindful Yin Yoga
see all reviewsWithin the first five minutes I knew I was in for a treat. Leah creates the perfect blend of instruction and explanation in the most relaxing, thoughtful and soothing way possible. This class is all about honoring your body and its messages and she nurtured that space to the fullest. Leah is also extremely knowledgeable in Buddhist teachings, philosophy but also anatomy and physiology as well. Some people were just made for this!

see all reviewsI’m still new to ClassPass, but I didn’t appreciate the check in process with their emphasis that I was using ClassPass. Not sure if this is normal. Generally the flow was nice and slower than regular yoga classes. Music was good. Loved the pose modifications, but I’m so new to yoga that I didn’t know all the pose names. Also I can’t hear well, so it could’ve been me not hearing all the instructions. I’d try it again.

see all reviewsVIBES… immaculate. Music choice… incredible. Instructor… amazing. His voice was so soothing and motivating. Also it was a workout with weights but had a great flow to it and still felt like yoga. Also he changed the lighting through the class to purple/red/blue and it was dope. There were some annoying ladies that talked a lot at the beginning of class so it didn’t feel very relaxed at the beginning, but once class started- it was very enjoyable. I’ll be coming back!

see all reviewsAlex has an uncanny ability to get the best out of his students — many of us did things we’ve never done before, yet it’s always of our own volition. We never feel pushed too far by him. Alex also explains things in ways that are intuitive to grasp. Really one of a kind yoga teacher.
