    My first time at Sculpt50 and I was lucky to have Jasmijn! She is so nice, professional, and she definitely puts more attention on first timers to correct forms and help on setups. Love the challenge level of this total body. Will definitely come back to Jasmijn and this studio!

    I’ve been on ClassPass for almost 10 years & moveSF has been one of my favorite spots. There’s flexibility to adjust to any fitness level so it’s always a challenge, but most importantly Matt and all of the instructors actually walk around and correct you which is SO RARE in a group fitness class. I’m still working out here at 36 weeks pregnant because of the modifications that they provide for me!

    Rewa was awesome! I loved that she explained the benefits of each pose, was very polite and respectful (asking permission to touch) when she wanted to correct people’s poses, and didn’t push anyone beyond their limits (I had to take several breaks since it was my first time ever). There’s a sign in the restroom asking people to not leave the room mid-class which was nerve racking because the heat was very intense but I was too intimidated to leave for a quick breather so I was relieved to see someone else do just that without being reprimanded for it! It was also very nice to receive an encouraging “good job! I see you really trying” compliments at the end from both the instructor and another friendly participant.

    I’ve been doing Pilates for a while now so I only took a foundations class to accompany my mother. Fair to say I thought it would be an easy class — I was wrong! Lol but that’s a good thing!! It was just as challenging as a normal class but I really liked how hands on the instructor was. Her instructions were very well explained and she did amazing to make sure our form was top priority. Love love love. Highly recommend everyone to take a few basic clases, you’ll still get an amazing workout in!
