see all reviewsSuper fun and interesting flow! I appreciated that Isabella rooted the class in the expectation that we should all go at our own pace. That is often not the vibe at BSY, and I feel like it allowed me to actually attempt difficult poses and enjoy the class without worrying about keeping up. More from Isabella please!!

see all reviewsLoved this class! This was week 1 of a Chakra series, and it focused on the root Chakra. A big critique I have of BSY is that their classes often feel very appropriative and whitewashed, so I appreciated that Adam offered a connection to traditional teachings and a focus on grounding in addition to a great workout. I'll be coming back next week :)

see all reviewsSweaty class. Probably not great for beginners as got really fast in the middle. If it’s gonna be a fast flow, I personally prefer music turned up more than it was. There were a few times where I felt pressured to stay in a pose which I don’t think is yoga appropriate

see all reviewsI was originally disappointed when I got to the studio and saw that there was a sub, since I booked this class specifically bc I love Marnie's instruction! But Tyler was truly SO lovely and led a really amazing practice. Great cues, lots of options to modify, and interesting exercises to help us experience the same poses in different ways. I left feeling amazing and will def sign up for Tyler's classes in the future!

see all reviewsEnjoyable class. I loved the music, the yoga sequence, & the teacher had great energy as well. One thing to keep in mind: There were overhead fluorescent lights on. Ooooh, I did NOT like that at all. Hopefully that’s a one time thing and not during all evening classes.

see all reviewsThis is an awesome class. The spin portion can really make you sweat and the weight area is super nice with really good equipment. see all reviewsBeautiful studio, was greated by the studio manager, instructor Jenna, and another employee. The studio manager gave me a quick tour of where the restrooms and deck would be. Super welcoming space! Class started and since this is my very first time doing yoga, so I definitely did not know what I was doing. The poses Jenna chose were just the right difficulty level for a beginner!! I wish that I could have had a bit more detailed and repeated instructions. I tend to hold my breath a lot when being active so I loved when Jenna reminded me to breath and how to breath through the movement (sometimes she would stop and I would forget to breath but would pick back up later). Amazing first experience and for sure coming back to learn more!

see all reviewsJessica has got something special going with her Bollywood Fit class: truly a fusion of exercise and two dance styles, but staying of course closest to Banghra or Indian pop or ? While the half-dozen or a bit more students mostly seemed familiar with the culture, everyone was totally casual both about nailing the sequences and achieving peak burn. This fits Jessica’s emphasis on enjoying the music and dance rather than keeping up with her choreography which includes non- and traditional props. I could see myself coming back as part of my own vast fusion of gyms and studios. Definitely sticking with the basic class as I can imagine how “Intense” the other session is!
