see all reviewsThis was my first time trying kundalini and it was really interesting. I left feeling calmer and more clear headed. Tina was subbing so not sure how often she teaches this class but she did a great job explaining the meanings behind the mantras, guiding our movement, and offering options for various skill levels.

see all reviewsI love this studio. They are truly inclusive — all bodies, ages, abilities. I’ve had class with four different instructors now, and all have been quality, experienced instructors. I enjoyed taking Susan’s class for the first time. It’s truly yoga for stress relief, and my hips feel so much better than earlier in the day. My only suggestion is that it can be cold in the space to me (I tend to run colder than most folks), so I have to make sure to wear socks and long sleeves for the yin/restorative classes that are less active.

Candlelight Restorative Yoga
see all reviewsCarie & the woman at the front desk were very nice and welcoming. I enjoyed Carie’s soft voice, the relaxing music, the poses, and the use of all the different props. I had to knock a star though because the room did not physically match a “Candlelight Restorative” class. I was very shocked to see the lights were as bright as they were the whole class and the only candles were some at the back of the room. If the lights were dimmed more or even completely off and the candles spread out more throughout the room, this class would have been sooo much better. I found it hard to relax when even with my eyes closed, the room wasn’t dark. I wouldn’t do this class again but would do another one at this studio or with Carie

see all reviewsI don't live in Austin anymore, but when I did, I had a package of monthly classes and a massage at Myo. I miss it so much! All the classes are fantastic, and so attuned to students' needs. Every teacher makes a point to ask about injuries and offers modifications. I highly recommend Myo to anyone, especially people who are recovering from injuries, are hypermobile, or otherwise are wanting to be conscious of safe movement!
