see all reviewsThis studio is so cute and the instructor was so great. I took the 5:30 class and got off late and still got to the class within the 5 minute grace period. I was a little anxious and tired with work running late but I was reenergized through the flow and got the BEST after-work wind down with the meditation and singing bowl over my heart in the end.

see all reviewsReally interesting class, can't say I've done anything like this before! Today's class was focused on the knee. We did an series of stretching exercises to build strength and flexibility at the joint. This class would be great for someone looking to prevent injury or someone recovering from an injury. John is clearly very knowledgeable about anatomy and taught us all about what was going on with our ligaments, bones, and muscles as we stretched.

I was raised Buddhist since I am half Japanese, so I was pleasantly surprised to see all the Buddha sculptures in the studio. It reminded me so much of Buddhist churches I’ve been in growing up. Both Kenley and Keith are awesome teachers. I’m very happy to be here & can’t wait to take more classes! 😊
