Omg I loved this class! Kim, the instructor, was AMAZING! I finally know how to use a foam roller TO MY BENEFIT! It was literally like giving myself a massage. Kim really was amazing. I highly recommend trying this class if you want a good stretch/massage via a yoga class with a teacher who has some fantastic heart and soul type of spirit.

Mallorie was great and facilities are nice. Mallorie makes sure that you get a good mix of cardio and strength training and will modify if you have any injuries. She is fun and has a great energy. Great class!

A relaxing and sensory experience complete With essential oils, eye pillows, foot massage and a gong bath. Plus I learned many new ways to use my foam roller. Kim is a fantastic and knowledgeable instructor. Highly recommended!
