The only thing I noticed is how close the mats are together doesn’t allow for all members to do the full movements well. I think they should reduce the class capacity slightly to give the people there enough space to actually do the moves without bumping into their neighbor or having to make their moves smaller

see all reviewsThis class was great! Highly recommend for anyone that likes an upbeat barre/aerobic type workout. There were also a lot of Pilates elements. Garland herself was amazing - always on count, gave great instructions for awesome moves. Will def go back!

The only thing I’d suggest is maybe adding some fun music at a low volume in the background. The class felt like silent at various points and I think it’s much more fun to have a little music or something to listen to whilst exercising.

It’s a wonderful low-impact practice that heals injuries and readjusts alignment. Floor barre even changed the way I walk! Rachel is a great teacher and her classes are so fun.
