It was my first time at Solidcore. Joe is an amazing teacher! He gave good instructions and corrected me if necessary. It was an amazing first class and I’ll definitely come back when I’m in Austin again.

Woo, love Kelly and solidcore. It’s one of the only workouts where I am guaranteed to be sore the next day. It’s not easy and it’s definitely different (dark room, loud music, microphoned instructor all while on a specialized reformer) but worth it

This class was great! Highly recommend for anyone that likes an upbeat barre/aerobic type workout. There were also a lot of Pilates elements. Garland herself was amazing - always on count, gave great instructions for awesome moves. Will def go back!

84 Asanas Advanced Yoga | Upstairs

The 120 minute advanced class with Mardi is a great way to improve your yoga technique. She goes at a pace that allows students to move into advanced poses with detailed step by step instruction and corrections. It's a challenging but v fun class.

    Pilates Rebound

Always love this class! The rebounder makes it so fun & I feel like a little kid in gymnastics again. The only thing I’d suggest is maybe adding some fun music at a low volume in the background. The class felt like silent at various points and I think it’s much more fun to have a little music or something to listen to whilst exercising.

    Intro

I had such a pleasant experience here! Charlie was really great and it’s clear that instructors are highly trained and know the body well. The class is not intimidating and you go over just some basics for future classes. Highly recommend!

    Inferno Strength

I always love Pure Yoga classes with Cici! She’s the best! But I will say — it was a weighted strength class with not nearly enough dumbbells for everyone. It’d be awesome if the studio could get some more!

    Pure Sculpt - Megaformer

Pure Pilates is actually a Lagree studio so this workout is much more challenging and sweat-inducing than traditional Pilates. It’s also not the most beginner-friendly workout. This isn’t the fault of the studio—it’s the design of the Lagree method. The mega reformers have tons of options for modifications, but if you’re a beginner or have injuries, you have to speak up and advocate for yourself in this workout. That said, Bronte was great about helping me modify for a knee issue. The classes are small at this location, and I’ve had mostly positive experiences with the teachers here.

    Hot 60 | in studio

I really enjoyed the hour class vs the 90 min. I left feeling like I had a good workout, but I didn’t gee quite as dehydrated after class like I sometimes do from the 90 min class. I’ll defiantly come back for the hour class again.
