She’s not too woo-woo but still very knowledgeable, and her class is challenging but encouraging of modifications. I love how diverse her classes are — lots ages and body types. The only thing I noticed is how close the mats are together doesn’t allow for all members to do the full movements well. I think they should reduce the class capacity slightly to give the people there enough space to actually do the moves without bumping into their neighbor or having to make their moves smaller
