see all reviewsDefinitely recommend showing up early ~ I was a couple minutes late, and it was fine, but I couldn’t get my bike set up the way I wanted and I had never ridden with Clip in shoes (which they have for rent) so it took so getting used to. This class is kickass seriously so intense! I’m not an avid cyclist, so I was out of it a lil bit, but had fun the best I could and felt very strong afterwards. The barre part was great, a mat Pilates type workout. The instructor was high energy and genuine, and the space was really well done. Leigh Anne did recommend the 45 cycle class over the 30/30 because it has more of a warm up and cool down, therefore gets you more used to the bike. 10/10 will be returning!

see all reviewsVery fun (but still challenging) class! The yoga part was a bit lacking for me as a frequent yogi but otherwise no complaints. This is the only barre class I've been to where actual ballet movement/terminology was used and it was a nice change of pace. This studio also tends to have more diversity (gender, age, body type, etc) than other pilates/barre studios, which makes for a welcoming environment!
