She is so encouraging throughout class and even does the workout alongside the group. I always leave the studio feeling appreciation for my body and all that it does for me, which is something she will often say during the cool down. Her classes are a great way to start the day feeling strong, capable and refreshed!

She’d suggest modifications either if it’s too hard or if you want more of a challenge, so all levels can benefit. This was the 6:30am class which I definitely enjoyed despite not being a morning person!

The music was fun and the studio has nice natural light. Although it was difficult, it was so fast paced time flew by and I felt so accomplished after. I really like barre3!

She encouraged us to push ourselves but to also listen to our body and know when we needed to take a moment. I don’t do a lot of cardio and found this class to be challenging but doable.The cold towel at the end was amazing. Playlist was great. We worked out every part of our body. I was worried about taking a heated class but it wasn’t bad at all. The temperature was just warm enough. My feedback would be to add more bars (maybe rolling ones since there isn’t a ton of empty wall space) because it did feel like everyone was very close together & to ask everyone to wipe down the props/items used at the end.

The class is set up so that the instructor teaches in the middle or on wherever is most suitable for clients. Samantha’s class was equal parts fun and uplifting and hard. The vibe is super welcoming, with lots of space to move without feeling cramped. But the real game-changer? The “Sharp Method” reformer. It’s a larger, customized reformer that takes the workout up a notch! The owner blends contemporary and heated Pilates, and trust me, she does not play around. I tried a Level 2 class, and I was working. The instructor was amazing—she tailored the class just for me, giving hands-on adjustments, making sure my form was on point, and pushing me hard. It felt super personal, which you don’t always get. If you’re new, start with the intro classes. This is definitely my go-to spot now—100% worth a try!
