    Good class - instructor was very lively! It was sort of confusing at first and with so many people, asking for help or modification was difficult. But if you generally know what you’re doing, it’s not too bad. Solid HIIT class, much like Orangetheory.

    Jasmine rocks! She’s super motivating. The perfect way to kick off Monday! Also have noticed that instructors are now giving options for sprinting lengths (60, 45, 30 seconds) and I love that. Sometimes 60 seconds is too much and I like still feeling like a boss for just doing 30 :)

    IN STUDIO: Sweat + P30 Booty - MASK REQUIRED

    I was very impressed with the COVID safety precautions, including the spaces marked on the floor and smaller class sizes. Sarrina was very friendly and encouraging. The title is ACCURATE! you will sweat and your booty will be on fire! I was confused as to how this class works but they do a HIIT style workout for the first 30 minutes (the sweat) and then transition to barre exercises for the second half (P30 booty). I liked it and will return!
