see all reviewsAshley was great at getting the crowd excited despite being at 7:15AM, truly amazed at the energy in the room. She was super motivational but I wish she made a couple of adjustments or comments for the newer people in the room — how to modify, explaining or slowing down on the handlebar choreography to keep everyone included.

see all reviewsI wish the studio would lower the volume of the music. It is so jarring right when you walk in to have the music blasting so loud you have to practically shout just to check in. I feel stressed out when I should feel relaxed before a high-intensity workout. The actual class is amazing.

see all reviewsClass was great! Not for the faint of heart. I would strongly recommend arriving those 15min early! I’m grateful they let me in since I technically arrived only 5min before class was starting. My only complaint was that they positioned my saddle an inch too high which didn’t allow me to fully commit to some of the exercises (the saddle kept grazing my crotch), and the handlebars were a bit further out than it should’ve been for petite me. They did try to work on positioning it at the beginning but the class was starting and the music was loud so it was hard to hear what they were asking of me. For you, i would recommend on arrival to check and see which weights are at the bike (they’re positioned by the saddle)—I ended up having 5lb weights at mine and they were heavier for me than I would’ve liked. Luckily, the person next to me saw me struggling and switched weights with me so halfway through the exercises I ended up using the 2lb weights instead (they also have 3lb weights). Other than that, the music and experience was great and the instructor was very motivating. I cycle but this is definitely another level of cycling that’s enjoyable when the weather isn’t great outside.

see all reviewsThis class was amazing! It was my first time spinning at this particular studio and I’m so glad I encountered Jess as my first impression. She’s great instructor, who’s very friendly and energetic. We spent a lot of time out of the saddle, but her playlist was so good that I also forgot my legs were on fire! Lol.
CycleBar is not your average cycling class—it’s a mind-blowing, heart-pumping party…Classic (45 Mins)
see all reviewsThe instructor made the class really fun and I was pleasantly surprised how sweaty and enjoyable the workout was. As a spin newbie though, some of the lingo was a bit confusing so I was often looking at others to know what was going on. The woman who checked me in was busy with others too so I just advise people who are super new to this to be aware of that. Not a bad thing as they seemed to be chill, but the whole experience definitely went quickly!

see all reviewsI loved, LOVED this class! It was my first time and Myke has great energy, learns your name, and helps you with your form. I workout a decent bit however I love when someone helps with your form and you don’t always get that at other classes. Will definitely be back!

see all reviewsYour first class is a benchmark for following classes- it can be hard to know how to push yourself without the numerical ranges that are there for later classes. I still enjoyed the class, just thought people should know! It was also a leg day for the strength segment, it would have been good to know that in advance. I got a good workout, and really enjoyed Sherry’s program.

see all reviewsSo good! Full body workout on the Megaformer machine which is more padded and comfortable than the [solidcore] version by far. Kathryn was particularly great at helping me through lass when I didnt understand a movement and its specific mechanics. Great class!! Only small cubbies for your things in the studio though, so be warned.

see all reviewsReally awesome workout! Loved the incorporation of running outside/doing stair climbs in the building. Pay close attention at the beginning of class to all the stations, there are a lot. B gives really great personal attention, correcting form and pushing you harder.

see all reviewsI got a great workout from this class. I sweat a lot and I was sore for awhile afterwards. If youre a beginner to body pump, I would not suggest Kevin because he is really intense and the class is hard. Ive done one body pump class beforehand and it wasnt as hard as this one!

see all reviewsLove the teacher. The equipment here is shoddy though. The barbells are plastic and bent out of shape because they arent strong enough to hold the plates. And they had the weights locked up. We had to leave class to ask them to unlock the weights.
