Great instructor and very high intensity workout with a nice combination of boxing and body weight exercises. My only issue is that the class required boxing glove rentals and boxing wraps which cost an additional $20 - not something I was expecting to pay. This was unfortunately not clearly communicated before class.

    HIIT HARD TRAINING

Great class! Started with some bodyweight exercises to get warmed up, moved on to footwork and then technique with plenty of time to practice. They do a great job of really building from the ground up. Feel comfortable whether it’s your first time seeing boxing gloves or you’ve been in practice for years- you’ll still get a great workout and develop your technique. (It’s the big red building with giant firehouse doors. There’s a gate door that leads to an outdoor hallway to the right of the building. The door knob has a little key pad to put in the code and get in. Then there’s a doorway to your left that leads into the gym)

Good class - instructor was very lively! It was sort of confusing at first and with so many people, asking for help or modification was difficult. But if you generally know what you’re doing, it’s not too bad. Solid HIIT class, much like Orangetheory.
