    Power Vinyasa

    The class was very nice in a cozy setting and felt different from other yoga classes with the pacing. The stretches and positions gradually worked up combining some strength routines that made the time fly. The essential oils towards the end of the class gave a nice peaceful touch to really help relax the body and mind after a long day. Definitely looking towards my next class here!
