To some, CrossFit is a sport. To most, CrossFit is a way of life. To everyone else, it’s just a different form of fitness. For Wolverine Strength & Conditioning it’s the best community ever with a solid splash of intense, effective fitness. We sincerely want you to succeed in every aspect of your life. Currently the staff at Wolverine have a strong focus on building community, great class programming, and friendly trainers. CrossFit will help everyone who can commit to it.

How to prepare

Please be sure to wear comfortable athletic wear that allows you to move freely. Please bring water to hydrate we provide sweat towels.

How to get there

This Box is located at 680 State Cir, Ann Arbor, MI 48108. If you are taking I-94 get off on exit 177 and head South on State Street. State Circle is on the right hand side of the road next to the Citgo. Follow State Circle for 0.5 miles and Wolverine will be on your right. We are across the street from Arbor Motion.

What is ClassPass?
