How to prepare

For the best experience, they recommend bringing the following items to class: Water bottle (SPENGA bottles available for purchase) Personal sweat towel Yoga mat (if you prefer to use your own, otherwise they have them available) Since you'll be switching workouts throughout class, here’s what you’ll need to have on your feet. Spin: Gym shoes or spin shoes Strength: Gym shoes Yoga: Barefoot or socks **NEW CLIENTS MUST ARRIVE AT LEAST 20 MINUTES BEFORE THEIR FIRST CLASS**

Literally the best work out! Took one star away because they’re not doing afternoon classes on here anymore and they’re super expensive to join :(

Class was pretty difficult, and I’m not sure I would recommend it to those just getting back into exercising (hint:me) but it was definitely a great total-body workout.

This studio covers ALL the major disciplines for full body wellness. I would have preferred more strength Exercises vs some strength and additional cardio during the strength portion But all all in all, Excellent

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
