Barre Burn
see all reviewsLotte is probably my favourite class instructor across any of the various workouts I do on ClassPass. She brings a unique energy to her workouts; a blend of encouraging, challenging and clarity… all super important if you want to make a class a regular part of your fitness routine. The class itself pushes you at all times, and I left the workout feeling energised & drained at the same time. Go give it a go!

see all reviewsGaya wqs great, loved her guidance and the class. Even as a beginner, I felt super safe and enjoyed in full the sauna and the ice bath. For the S&S management, it would be great to have some hooks (for towels) throughout the holy wellness area and especially in the shower area. Otherwise, enjoyed it a lot, will do it again.

see all reviewsCheyenne created such a calm, motivating vibe and guided us through a full body flow that felt both challenging and energizing. I appreciated how she paid attention to form and offered little adjustments that made a big difference to my movement. I walked out feeling stronger, stretched, and more connected to my body. I really loved how she was so friendly and so lovely with giving a detailed explanation at the beginning of the class. Will definitely be back! 💪🏻

see all reviewsI’ve taken this class a few times, and while the trainer clearly has a lot of knowledge and always brings creative, challenging movements, the format doesn’t quite work for me. The class focuses on deep technique, but it’s simply too short to go into that level of depth. We only did each movement for a few seconds or around 3–4 reps — too little time to build strength, improve form, or even properly feel the effect. Just as you start to understand where to feel it, the move is already over. The trainer uses a lot of technical language, which can be interesting if you’re familiar with anatomy, but for most people it’s hard to follow. Often we’d spend 30–40 seconds listening to explanations filled with terms like “pelvic floor,” “iliopsoas,” and “thoracic spine” before actually moving, which disrupted the flow. Shorter and clearer cues would make it easier to stay engaged and move more effectively. That said, I really appreciate how hands-on the trainer is when it comes to form corrections and his passion for teaching is obvious. It’s nothing against him, but all about the concept of this studio. If you’re looking to dive into the technical side of movement, this class offers a lot of insight. But if you’re looking for more flow, repetition, and time to actually execute the exercises properly, other studios might suit you better. Also worth noting: the lighting in the room is very bright and directed at your face. During any supine (laying down) moves, it’s hard to focus , after a few minutes, your eyes feel overstimulated and it’s distracting for the rest of the class.

Deze keer was de temperatuur wel echt aan de hoge kant, wat voor mij (en anderen) wat te veel werd en ik overhoorde in de kleedkamer. In haar andere lessen nooit last van gehad. see all reviewsWow, this class is so unique — I’m so happy it’s back after her maternity leave! Please keep it on the schedule. It truly felt like an inside workout — almost like giving your organs an internal massage. I came in feeling bloated, and by the end, I felt so much better, with more space in both my body and mind. What a treat. The teacher is incredibly kind and shares such thoughtful tips you can take home and use in daily life.

see all reviewsIntermediate/advanced class with a nice, experienced teacher.. The class started with planks, push ups and barre workout for legs, arms with weights, hips with the ball and abs. It was a full body workout class. It felt like a strength training back in my dancing days. A lot of fatigue, shaking feeling for the muscles since you do once, then with pulses then in another angle. Good that teacher reminds the posture. 🧡
