Goede les, veel props! Lekker hoog tempo. Minpuntje: dat ik bij binnenkomst per se gripsokjes moest aanschaffen a 15 euro (op zich prima), maar er in de les vervolgens allemaal mensen op blote voeten waren zonder dat daar iets van werd gezegd.

Focus and engaged training. Nice energy. Only downfall is that the changing room and showers were still (a week later) not accessible: not ideal for those that work out before work

About this studio

PLTS offers two full body, high-intensity workouts unlike any other: PLTS Reformer Pilates and PLTS Barre. Each workout sculpts your body from head to toe, lengthens and tones your muscles, all while crushing calories. You’ll strengthen your core, improve flexibility and alignment, and see the results that you’re looking for. Come visit this beautiful studio and see for yourself!

How to prepare

Before your first class, please arrive 15 minutes early so one of their front desk team members can show you around the studio and lockers! Grip socks are required each class for hygienic reasons and to ensure your safety, so please bring your own or plan to purchase a pair when you arrive at the studio. They recommend that you wear comfortable workout clothing, think: leggings or shorts, a top and a sports bra – whatever makes you feel most comfortable during class! Just remember, you’re going to sweat, so don’t wear anything too loose or dangling that could get caught in the reformer!

How to get there

PLTS - West is located at Bilderdijkstraat 134, Amsterdam. The studio is easily accessed by bicycle or the 3, 12, 13, 14, and 19 trams at the Kinkerstraat stop.

What is ClassPass?
