About this class

Strong VIBE5 – This cross-training class fuses power yoga, weights and TRX strength training for a kick-asana workout. Every session will give you a rigorous high intensity interval training experience designed to strengthen and tone your muscles, while increasing cardio capacity and endurance. Expect to feel empowered, strong and energized. Class is non-heated.

such a great workout just wish the studio wasn't so HOT. otherwise lovely facility and super people.

Carrie was a great instructor, she was very welcoming and had great energy. This specific class was less yoga and more cardio/weights, but was told they varied. Loved the concept of it, left sweaty and feeling great.

the workout was amazing but the studio was HOOOOOT which made it a bit unpleasant to me. I'd definitely give them another shot though sure to the quality of the workout and great modifications offered by the trainer

How to prepare

Bring your mat for all yoga classes and you may want a towel for the heated classes. Bootcamp uses TRX, a mat and you will need shoes. The studio has a separate locker room for men and women and each have 3 showers.

How to get there

VIBE5 is located at 720 Governor Morrison Street, Suite E140, Charlotte, NC 28211. We are in the Morrison Center in South Park near YAFO, Firebirds, EarthFare and Barnes and Noble. There is parking on the street by the studio and in the parking deck!

What is ClassPass?
