it's very easy for some one who is fit. I am not so it was challenging and a great workout. I have a lot of body issues and there were some great adjustments

Challenging but encouraging class! You are pushed to do the amount of reps you can do correctly and without causing injury, which I really appreciate as an absolute beginner who is out of shape!
