I love this class!
Barre Fitness with Teresa
Teresa was lovely and the ladies were friendly and welcoming but it’d be great to have more technique throughout the lesson. The class was good, but there wasn’t any feedback regarding what and where you should be feeling the exercises or reminders about eye line, shoulders down etc. There seemed to be another studio space downstairs that is only accessible through the studio we were working in which was distracting having people walk through the class.

Great workout! Challenging, but fun, and very welcoming to beginners. Teresa is so nice and an encouraging teacher. Already can’t wait for the next class!

I really like Teresa’s style. No frills barre workout that will get you sweating and you’ll feel the burn the next day. It’s less cardio than other barre classes I’ve taken, but I like that.

Love that Teresa incorporates ballet techniques into her Barre class! I’ve been looking for that for awhile!
Barre Fitness with Eo
This class motivates and invigorates you. Using a combination of free weights and an exercise ball for barre work, the instructor leads the class in exercises to strengthen and tone the body. The instructor always checks in on each individual to ensure that techniques are followed in order to prevent injury. Highly recommend this class!

Any class with Eo is amazing and a pleasure! This particular barre class was outdoors in Astoria Park and I really enjoyed it.

I really enjoyed this class. It was a little pilates, a little ballet, and a little stretching. Eo was really fantastic, she gave clear instruction and was attentive. Ill go back!
