About this class
This kickboxing workout incorporates kicking and punching for a dynamic cardio exercise routine. The first 15 minutes of the workout begins with a solid stretch to prepare your body for kicking and striking the heavy bag. Once your body is warmed up, your trainer will teach you the fundamentals. From front kicks to roundhouses to back kicks, plus jab, cross and hook punching techniques - your legs and arms will tone and strengthen with each punch and kick strike. After your 30 minute kickboxing workout, you’ll do a series of innovative toning and sculpting exercises. With each hour-long kickboxing workout, the pounds and inches will melt away fast.

How to prepare
Boxing hand wraps and gloves are required for class and are available for purchase at the studio. Wraps are $10 and gloves are $49.99 and up. Loaner gloves are available for FIRST TIME users only. Rental is $5 per visit.
