About this class

**Please show up 10-15 minutes early to ensure that we get you checked-in and set up with a HR monitor. All of our HiiT Fit classes are 50 minutes and include a combination of self powered Trueform treadmills, TRX bands, kettlebells, dumbbells, rowers, plyometrics, and spin bikes. During this time you can expect to receive an intense full body workout while moving between stations. This fun group exercise class is geared towards toning and tightening those problem areas while having fun and kicking butt. Our HiiT Fit classes will leave you feeling energized and empowered.

How to prepare

Please show up 15 minutes early to class to ensure that you are properly checked in and that we have time to set you up with a heart rate monitor. Please sign an online waiver if attending your first class at Strong Fitness and Performance Center. You can do this at strongdallas.com. Go to Start now, create a login, and follow the instructions to sign the waiver. Before each class, please login, go to our schedule, and make sure to RSVP for the desired class time. Can't wait to sweat with you! :)

How to get there

Entrance to the building is on the side not front. Enter through the open garage or side door and the Fitness room is on your right by the water fountain.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
