Robert continues to be an amazing motivator. This class is by far my favorite in my exercise routine.
Deep Water Running - St. Bartholomew's Church
Rob is great (instructive, fun and makes you work hard) this is a hard workout and excellent if like me you’re trying to get/keep fit with a leg injury. If you find it easy use less floats and push yourself harder!

Deep Water Running - St. Bartholomew's Church
Always a fantastic class! Robert is the best. Though some regulars can be a bit of chatty Cathy’s and it takes me out of it.
