You'll use kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, TRX Suspension Trainer (Trademarked), TRX Rip Trainer (Trademarked), battle ropes, parallettes, plyo-boxes, CrossOver Symmetery (Trademarked), Air Assault Bikes, Rowers, Ski-Ergs, and more to achieve extraordinary strength and conditioning unmatched by any other program.
