HIIT Bootcamp
Hello, I am contacting you in regards to my first experience with ClassPass. I have to say I am very disappointed as I booked my class a day in advance and was told upon getting there that the class was packed and that ClassPass had not alerted the team that my 2 friends and I had signed up. I have been very excited to try this out as I thought it was a very clever service. However, was very disappointed when we were told that we were unable to join the class. Aside from this, I see that my credits have been deducted and I hope that at the very least, I am able to have them accredited back as I was not a part of the class, and was not an error on my end. I have scheduled another class for tomorrow and hope that I do not run into the same experience again. I hope to hear back from you soon. Thank you, Jennifer Castillo

What is ClassPass?
