About this class

The Signature Bootcamp RDFiT Multi-Station Circuit.  Find yourself using a variety of the most popular functional conditioning exercises in timed intervals.  Flow from station to station and up and over our signature Staircase.  Maximize each set and move to the next series of exercises.  Each workout varies slightly in delivery and emphasis.  Expect to use a mixture of Kettlebells, Plyometrics, Bodyweight Exercises, Battling Ropes, Suspension Training, Bosus, and Rip Trainers.  60 minutes of metabolic blasting, calorie burning, core strengthening and muscle shaping!

How to prepare

Please bring a towel and water bottle to ALL classes. Bring boxing gloves for any Boxing classes. Shared gloves are available and also gloves available for purchase. Please bring a yoga mat for yoga classes. Shared mats are available as well.

How to get there

Please note that 90% of our classes are held in the PDX Sports Center at 8785 SW Beaverton Hillsdale Highway, Portland OR 97225. We do have a studio across the street where we hold 10% of our classes at 8538 SW Apple Way, Portland OR 97225. PLEASE CHECK THE LOCATION WHEN REGISTERING. Both venues are limited access and open during classes only. We want you to avoid any frustration with stopping in without an appointment. Circuit with Brad
Great exercises and instructor had a lot of energy. With 35 people, we didn’t have any individualized attention though. The instructor also didn’t demonstrate any of the exercises.

Hardest circuit/interval/boot camp style class Ive been to at any gym. That said, very welcoming trainer and workout group. Amy totally rocks this class.

Definitely not for the faint of heart. This class constantly keeps you moving. Each workout is never the same.

Challenging class. First time taking it and I definitely needed more run through on the exercises. I watched other people in the class to figure out what I was doing. Amy came over a couple times which was helpful.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I give this workout a 4 out of 5 is because the intensity level was on the lower side, but for someone looking for a fun and unique workout this is great! A very cool space also.

What is ClassPass?
