How to prepare

If you are just starting barre or have a pre-existing injury or problems that prevent full participation, please discuss the situation with the instructor before class. Personal belongings are not allowed in the studios. Cell phones may not be used in Pure Yoga studios. Sneakers are required for Figure 4 Fierce classes. Other Figure 4 classes require bare feet or grip socks.

How to get there

First time Pure Yoga attendees must arrive 15 minutes before class or they will not be permitted to participate. Other attendees must allow enough time to check-in before each class. Do not enter a class late or leave early unless you give the instructors prior notice. Instructors reserve the right to deny late entry to any individual who is not in the studio at the time class begins.

Much easier than a typical pure yoga barre class. Still got a decent workout but every exercise stopped short of that zone where you know you are getting results.

Natasha is the absolute BEST for abs. I usually walk out of barre thinking I could have used more ab work, that is never the case with her classes. I can’t believe how sore my core is after her classes. But as some other reviews note- she is probably better suited for intermediate+, as her explanations aren’t as thorough as, say, Constance S.

I loved Natasha’s class! She was very detailed with her descriptions and made a lot of adjustments throughout class. Also, I got a crazy good workout! Will definitely attend again.

I wouldn’t recommend taking class with Natasha unless you are very familiar with the proper posture for each pose. She tended to not give positioning advice until several repetitions through each pose. If you are familiar, then it will be fine!
