Amazing!!!

this is a great class, I've taken it at least 4 times. the instructor always helps with form. the downside is the facility. while you can order a smoothie for purchase before class, there are no water fountains or even water for sale that I've seen. there are no showers or changing rooms. come prepared with your own sweat towel, weight lifting gloves (if that's your thing), your own lock (there are small lockers available for daily use) and your own water. dress ready to workout. there is a dimly lit bathroom available but that's about it.

Pushed to the limits with this beast. If you are a beginner don’t be afraid to ask questions, most of the class are local & regulars plus the instructor is very encouraging. Great value. Be prepared, stretch beforehand!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
