About this class

Kick-hopping is a new innovative workout Leo Wright has created. Kick-hopping incorporates kick boxing, dance and intense cardio in a boot camp - plyometric style workout to hip-hop music. Kick-hopping works the entire body in a short period of time with muscle confusion techniques by moving from one exercise to another with short recovery periods. Kick-hopping gets down to the basics: cardio endurance, core strength and flexibility while burning LOTS of calories which helps to lose weight, reduce stress, and increase energy. Kick-hopping gets positive, visible results that will motivate you to stay on track while Leo challenges you to push outside your comfort zone and maximize your effort.  And don't forget your sneakers!

Leo is great and very motivating! However I expected the class to be more dancing but it felt a lot more like "insanity" work out. I was definitely challenged but I wish it was more fun and dance!

The class is not what i expected. It is super fast paced and hard to keep up - it combines so many disciplines that it is just too jam packed. It had boxing, kickboxing, HIIT, and sprints, among many others. The “yoga” and stretches were super fast where i barely got a stretch for like only 2 seconds per position. There was only 10 minutes of dance at the very end. I was expecting more like 45 minutes of aerobic dance.

What is ClassPass?
