About this class

The practice of MovNat (Natural Movement) is a fitness method based on what your body was actually meant to do – move. Specifically, it was designed to move in complex and adaptive ways. When practiced correctly, our natural movements are all we need to be strong, fit, agile, and healthy. Walking, climbing, crawling, jumping, lifting, balancing, etc. contain within them all the fitness we need. Many of us have lost our natural abilities through living a modern, sedentary lifestyle. The practice of natural movement is here to restore your natural vitality and health– it will change how you move, and change how you feel in every aspect of your life. MovNat classes are taught by Level 3 certified trainers Kimberly Alexander and Melissa Sher All levels welcome.  MovNat currently meets Wednesdays at noon and Thursdays at 5:30pm

I didn’t totally know what to expect, and I LOVED this class! With it being my first MovNat class, Madeline was super helpful. The vibe from the class was friendly, not competitive. You do so many diverse movements, it’s never boring but is absolutely a great workout.

Loved the concept behind it and enjoyed the experience. You have the opportunity to challenge yourself at whatever level youre at. No scrutiny or competition! Its probably even better starting from the initial classes, though I was fine jumping in. The gym felt a bit dingy, the floor was dirty. Thats my only complaint!

What is ClassPass?
