(Mat Class) CARDIOLATES rebounding is the best cardio on the planet!! Why? Because CARDIOLATES delivers all the benefits of traditional cardiovascular conditions combined with the core strengthening, body balancing, gentle-to-your-joints features of a Pilates workout. The class begins with classic Pilates moves, done on the rebounder for an extra challenge. Then, you bounce! 35-40 minutes of jumping will enhance your stamina and strengthen your core incredibly. CARDIOLATES rebounding is also EXCELLENT for circulating lymphatic fluid, which bolsters your immune system, and it also builds bone density with every bounce. Osteoporosis and Osteopenia be gone!! And you know that spot in your lower abs that's so hard to tone?

How to prepare

***If you have any serious injuries or are pregnant, please check with our Front Desk to make sure you're able to attend classes.*** Please wear socks. Shorts are not recommended. Phones, coats/jackets, bags, etc, are not permitted in class. Please bring locks for lockers!

How to get there

You must arrive 15 minutes early for class. We're located on the Southeast corner of 5th Avenue, between 41st and 42nd Street. If our main entrance is under construction, please use the service entrance on 42nd Street. Please look for the white door next to Nat Scherman.

Mayo was super nice and always made sure to come around and check if everyone's form was good. In the class I attended we used trampolines which made the workout more fun and enjoyable (living out my childhood again)

Fun class! Most of the work is on the trampoline. It was just 3 of us. Instructor is pleasant and friendly. Would be nice for her to correct form since it’s such a small class.

What is ClassPass?
