Strength Basics with Julia
Julia was really good at teaching how to do the exercises correctly and which muscles I should feel. I had no idea you could break down a squat in that much detail and really feel it! I’m going back to try her Lift Club class next week.
Strength Basics with Julia
Great for beginners or just learning the basics
Strength Basics with Julia
This ended up being one of those rare and miraculous classes where I had genuine revelations about my body. Julia is incredibly gifted and gave small corrections to my form and balance that provided lots of "aha, this is how a squat/lunge/plank should feel" moments. I was fortunate to be the only person in class, but I think even in a small group setting this class can be valuable to anyone. The workout left me feeling sore and also aligned, and I will definitely be back.
Strength Basics with Julia
Brilliant class. Learnt a lot despite not being a beginner. Julia is awesome - friendly, knowledgeable and invested!
Strength Basics with Julia
Great for beginners, 0 ego environment. Focus on form & basic body movements.
Strength Basics with Julia
Very slow paced small, intimate class teaching how to move your body when strength training. If you have been away from any resistance training for a long time (like me) this is a way to build your skill before taking a faster pace strength class
Strength Basics with Julia
It was a really great class! She made modifications and provided what NOT to do. Really great class
Strength Basics with Julia
Great focus on engaging your core through each exercise and maintaining good form!
Strength Basics with Julia
Class really focuses on paying attention to isolating your muscles.
Strength Basics with Julia
Instructor paid attention to maintaining a proper form and technique. Small class, lots of individual attention. Easy to access location. Clean facilities. Overall a good simple workout.
