How to prepare

They recommend that you wear a tank top or t-shirt on top. Form-fitting pants or shorts that stay out of the way of moving pedals are ideal bottoms! They offer complimentary rental shoes, Aquacai water, and towels. If you prefer to bring your own shoes, their pedals are compatible with LOOK Delta and SPD cleats. To track your metrics throughout class, you will need to create a Peloton profile at www.onepeloton.com before class, or arrive 15 minutes early to do so in-studio.

How to get there

Located on 23rd Street between 6th and 7th Ave, and a short walk from the 23rd Street 1 or F/M train station. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for check-in and bike assignment. Due to the live production of class, anyone who arrives with less than 5 minutes will not be allowed in the studio.

Great Studio and Amenities. Most of the class was spent in the saddle, and instructor is not very engaged with the class itself.

love Christine's energy and encouragement! she also gave good suggestions for resistance and cadence for those of us without heart rate monitors which was helpful

This ride is a bit tough to do without a heart rate monitor, but Christine gave some guiding numbers for the class at each song or pace change. I liked Christine's energy and her focus on self improvement / pacing versus comparing to others. I'd take her class again! she also engaged with the room more the instructor in my last Peloton class which I appreciated

Did not like this class at all. There was no resistance referenced a single time during the entire ride. Why not use the technology that is available on the bike? I would just go to Revolve if I wanted to be confused biking in the dark. Also, where did all the bikes go in the front row?

What is ClassPass?
