How to prepare

They recommend that you wear a tank top or t-shirt on top. Form-fitting pants or shorts that stay out of the way of moving pedals are ideal bottoms. They offer complimentary rental shoes, and towels. If you prefer to bring your own shoes, their pedals are compatible with LOOK Delta and SPD cleats. Please either create a Peloton profile online at PelotonCycle.com before your first class, or arrive 15 minutes early to do so.

The Sufferfest with Sean
Sean is my favourite instructor at this facility. Only piece of feedback I would give would be to let the songs play
The Sufferfest with Sean
Exceptionally good spin class. Great music, atmosphere and awesome bikes. Getting to see wattage and FTW allowed me pushed myself harder than I normally do!
The Sufferfest with Sean
Awesome class, nice Star Wars Imperial March remix for the last 2 minutes bit of mountain climb.
The Sufferfest with Sean
Great playlist, and nice P.O.D insert! Nostalgic!

Sean is an awesome instructor! His workouts are motivating and easy to follow. I would highly recommend Tuesday and Thursday mornings with him.
The Sufferfest with Sean
This class is great if youre looking to improve your outdoor cycling strength. Sean is a passionate cyclist and coach. The bikes are really nice and the light system is sure to give you a workout. However. If youre looking for a well planned group fitness class, with great music, and an engaging and upbeat instructor: this class is not for you. They use playlist, where they skip through most of the songs and stream poor quality YouTube videos on the screen (at one point it flashed to a Donald Trump screen). I left sweaty and definitely felt the workout, but I didnt leave feeling upbeat and ready for my day.

Amazing workout!!

The description isnt a lie, you WILL suffer so long as you push yourself. I cant wait to suffer again!
