About this class

P50 - Peloton's signature class, 50 minutes. Your instructor has specific outcomes in mind when they are designing the class. As a participant, you will increase your strength and endurance through targeted, goal-orientated drills. A true endorphin high!

Martine is excellent. Her enthusiasm for cycling, personalization for participants (she knew and referred to everyone by name throughout the class!!), and attention to ensure you strive to achieve your personal best is phenomenal. This was my first time at the studio and Martine made me feel welcome, helped me get set up - and provided an awesome workout. Will definitely be back for more ????

Not the typical dance party spin class like other studios. Centered around actual cycling so there is no choreo of the arms (dips, pumps). Good leg burner but I suggest some more upbeat music!

How to prepare

They recommend that you wear a tank top or t-shirt on top. Form-fitting pants or shorts that stay out of the way of moving pedals are ideal bottoms. They offer complimentary rental shoes, and towels. If you prefer to bring your own shoes, their pedals are compatible with LOOK Delta and SPD cleats. Please either create a Peloton profile online at before your first class, or arrive 15 minutes early to do so.

What is ClassPass?
