About this class

This class is focused on getting the back stronger as a whole. Back exercises incorporate a lot of pulling exercises which target the biceps as well, for example the pull up. We also target the mid section of the body referred to as the core. We have found that a strong core decreases the risk of back pain, an example of a core exercise is the Plank.

Nice studio and instructor but I found myself continuously looking around wondering what we were supposed to be doing. The stations were split into 2 different exercises so if I finished my reps before my partner finished his, I was supposed to do crunches or wait for him to switch me. It would be better if the instructor cues the swaps between partners instead of having you count your own reps. That way everyone is always working and finishes together.
Great class left knowing i worked out and felt it. Instructor was great and very helpful.
