About this class
Awaken. Stretch. Move SLOW. Breathe. Flow. See how good it can feel to start your day with yoga! Leave feeling energized with amazing mental clarity and ready to flow through your day with ease. This class is designed for all levels but some yoga knowledge and experience is encouraged. Students should be familiar with vinyasa; moving, breathing and flowing through basic yoga postures. Room temperature is set at 80 degrees. *Essential oils or incense could be used in all yoga classes.

How to prepare
Yoga: Yoga mat, towel and water. Mats can be borrowed for free. Spin: Running or bike shoes, towel and water. TRX: Yoga mat or borrow one of ours for free. Barre: Non-slip socks, which are available at the studio for purchase.
How to get there
PAI Dublin is located in the Trader Joes plaza off of 161 and Sawmill Road. The Yoga studio is opposite of the Fitness Studio--just across the parking lot. Barre, Spinning, and TRX classes are on the fitness side!
