The room is hot, dark and loud and lets you completely escape from your life for 45 minutes to focus on yourself and your workout. All around great experience and will be back.

She let me know it was ok if I needed to take a break and that it was normal for it to be hard. During the workout she did demos which helped me since it was my first time. If I ever felt lost I also didn’t think it was an issue to just peek at the person next to me. I have been struggling to find workouts that push me in strength and stability and this gave me that challenge ! I will definitely be back!

I like her classes bc they incorporate strength and cardio and her routines are always more unique than a lot of the other gyms. Some thoughtful touches like hairbands & mouthwash in the bathrooms. Cleaning wipes are available to wipe down equipment after use, which is always great to see. Everyone was very nice & encouraging. I will definitely feel this tomorrow but I felt great walking out!

I immediately walked into an incredible energy with not 1 but 3 girls being welcoming/engaging with me. In addition to this, Mister Steve immediately inquired my goals of the class which I was positively caught off guard by. I have many intentions, the main one being to relieve stress but today I realized how much I also crave a good community with others who possess a genuinely kind nature. From start to finish, I felt included, cared for and very understood with the many tidbits he shared though out. I feel so inspired to the point I could see myself leaving ClassPass to commit to Rewild Yoga. I was moved to write this review and could honestly continue my praises but I hope you all know what a great studio you have and what a difference you make🙌🏽🌞❣️

see all reviewsThe class was definitely challenging for a reformer beginner. There’s a steep learning curve to the reformers and the moves. I thought since I’ve done lots of barre and Pilates classes I’d be fine. The instructor showed the new students some basics of the reformers before class started then we dove right in. The instructor wore a microphone and cued the following move during the current move for fast transitions. That part confused me. I don’t think I’ve ever sworn so much during a fitness class. The instructor offered feedback and corrections. The studio is well designed. After class, the instructor was very nice and another student told me her first time was difficult too, so that was encouraging.
