About this class

An inviting and inspiring class for the new student to gain a solid foundation of yoga poses, healthy alignment, and yogic breath. This class is suitable for beginners or students at other levels interested in revisiting the basics. Essential oils or incense could be used in all yoga classes. Room temperature is set at 75 degrees.

How to prepare

Yoga: Yoga mat, towel and water. Mats can be borrowed for free. Spin: Running or bike shoes, towel and water. TRX: Yoga mat or borrow one of ours for free. Barre: Non-slip socks, which are available at the studio for purchase.

How to get there

PAI Dublin is located in the Trader Joes plaza off of 161 and Sawmill Road. The Yoga studio is opposite of the Fitness Studio--just across the parking lot. Barre, Spinning, and TRX classes are on the fitness side!

Nice calming easy class good for beginners

I thought this was a good beginning class and Juli did a good job of making students feel comfortable and yet challenged me. I would try this studio again based on the openness and encouragement.

Coming from someone who is completely new to yoga, the class felt fast paced and some of the poses were difficult. I wouldn't recommend it for those who are completely new to yoga, but perhaps those who have done a handful of classes and understand poses and movement.

Not my favorite - I've had other yoga classes I liked a lot more. The instructor talks a lot during class and they really allow people to cram in. Not a very relaxing environment. It has potential though - the format of the class is great for new or returning yogis.

I am usually not a yoga person but I found this class extremely relaxing, easy to follow, and a great way to start the weekend. I felt stretched out and calmer. Great instructor!!! Very welcoming.

This was a very easy class so Id advise to only do it if youre a true beginner. I thought Id get back into my practice but it was too easy. I did like the studio a lot and will try another class. Also I dont know if the room was heated like advertised - it didnt feel any warmer than normal.
