Swedish Gymnastics at MUV Integrated Physical Culture
About this class
19th Century Movement System developed P.H. Ling and brought to the U.S. by Nils Posse. This system is based on sound exercise mechanics that involves bodyweight exercises and Stall Bars. This 10 Station circuit contains strategically progressive exercises that will improve joint health, build high levels of strength with a balance of grace. Once mastered, you will have the ability to explore higher levels of skills such as handstands and side hangs (human flag). All levels are welcome.
