About this class
Mills 50 Yoga highlights the idea that yoga really is an internal exploration. We believe your time on your mat is the quiet union of breath, movement and introspection. You will gain strength, balance and flexibility, but also clarity and a sense of equanimity. Our classes can best be described as “hatha yoga” - gentle, basic yoga classes with flow between poses. Expect a slower-paced stretching-focused class with some basic breathing exercises and a lying meditation at the end. With down to earth instruction, Mills 50 yoga classes encourage you to gain an inner calm that you can take with you off your mat and into your daily life.
