Great class.

Class was awesome! Loved each challenge and the instructor’s power in holding you accountable for reaching your goals and for making the most out of class. I am, however, taking a star off because the shower towels barely covered my rear end. Not all women are a size 00 and the size of a toothpick.

How to prepare

Mile High Run Club requests that all customers arrive early to check in 5 minutes before class. Late arrivals may not be granted entry. You will not be permitted to switch your treadmill when reserving via ClassPass. For your safety, runners cannot run through the strength portion of the DASH 28. Sneakers are required for class. Towels and other amenities are provided.

We currently have two locations in nyc - 28 E4th St. (NOHO) 24 W25th St. (NOMAD) Please pay attention to the location when booking your class.

What is ClassPass?
